In our laboratory we use only fresh and seasonal products. We use only Italian milk and fresh cream only.
We also have a small selection of vegan ice creams and almost all our tastes are Gluten free. Our battle horse "La Merenda" ... You just have to come visit us.

Ice Cream fro Alta Val di Cecina
Our ice-cream parlor is located in the small town of Pomarance, in the heart of Alta Val di Cecina. Unique in its kind has now become part of everyday life in the country. We try to meet the needs of the customer and thanks to this synergy we have produced some really curious ice creams, like our "Caprese" or our "Lemon with Basil" made only with fresh basil leaves.

Taste and Innovation
We did not stop at ice cream and we wanted to go further and we experimented with new techniques and approaches to modern pastry. We trained at the Master classes of Fabbri and Pica Pastry School and now we produce semifreddi cakes, single portions and desserts.
